Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Limited Edition?

The limited edition artworks are limited to 50 editions of the image (labelled 1/50 2/50 etc.) and 2 artist proofs (labelled AP 1/2). This means that once 50 editions of this work, regardless of size or framing type have been created then no more of these images are available for sale and it will never be printed again.

At Amrovito Visuals we know how important exclusivity is to the client so within those 50 editions we strive to guarantee individuality by means of printing medium, size and framing style where applicable.
Only 5 of these limited editions are available as a mounted print.

The logo of Amrovito Visuals and the edition number are displayed on the front of the artwork and a signed certificate of authenticity is provided with the artwork.

What is an Open Edition?

An open edition is a photo that has no limit to the amount of times it is printed. All of these images are available as a mounted or unmounted fine art print. These are suitable if you are travelling.

How long does delivery take?

All artworks are custom made to order in Scotland and delivered between 3 and 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

What types of products are available?

There are a number of products available:

Aluminium/Metal: - The image is printed directly onto a thin Aluminium panel using the latest in high definition metal print technology. You can choose between a Gloss or Satin finish.

Acrylic: The image sits in-between an Acrylic face mount and a slim aluminium panel. You can choose between a Gloss or Satin finish.
Both metal and acrylic are frameless and a modern style of displaying an artwork. Choosing for frameless makes it easier to match with a varied range of interiors and colours.

Fine art prints (Open editions only):- These are unframed prints and delivered to you in securely rolled cardboard tube packaging so they can be framed later. A good option if you will be travelling with the artwork or if you're planning to have it framed later.

Frames:- A selection of framed artworks are available in the studio. Framing can alter the appearance of an image depending on the type of material, colour and texture used. Take a look at the Rooms Galleries to see examples of this. If you are interested a limited edition in a framed format please contact me directly.
